Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to support the principal in managing all projects globally. While this role is primarily administrative, someone with excellent taste, creativity and a desire to work within the art world will be given opportunities to work more expansively on some projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Arrange meetings and business trips with clients, artists, galleries and suppliers
* Researching and sourcing new galleries, artists and artworks for UK and international projects
* Project management and creative development in the production of commissioned artworks
* Project management in the framing and printing of artworks with UK / international suppliers
* Visit and liaise with suppliers in the day-to-day management of design projects
* Creating and maintaining critical paths and budget plans for all client projects
* Managing and updating data bases on artists and galleries, both UK and international
* Keeping all on-line and physical documents efficiently organised
* Maintaining financial records for all artwork purchases, business and travel expenses
* Assist in the global logistical management of shipping artworks from artists and galleries
* Coordination and management of freelance designers when needed during a project
* General office management including sourcing office space and supplies when needed
Required Qualifications
* BA degree in art, design or a related field is preferred but not essential
* Experience in the hospitality, interior design or art industries is preferred but not essential
* Excellent skillsets in sourcing suppliers, galleries, studios and opportunities preferred
* Excellent understanding of social media and AI preferred
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator preferred
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is essential
* Highly organised, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Enthusiastic and energetic with a flexible, can-do attitude.

* Ability to plan and manage time effectively to maximize business performance.
* Highly conscientious and motivated, with a professional attitude at all times
