We're looking for a Part-time Accounts Assistant to join us on a permanent basis. If you've got Sage experience and enjoy keeping things organised, accurate, and running smoothly, this could be a great next step for you.
What You'll Be Doing
· Entering and checking purchase invoices in Sage.
· Reconciling bank accounts and supplier statements.
· Helping out with month-end reports and general bookkeeping.
· Making sure our records are accurate and up to date.
· Monitoring project costs
· Helping with admin and team support when needed.
What We're Looking For
· Experience in a similar accounts role.
· Confidence using Sage
· A good understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping.
· Comfortable using Excel and Microsoft Office.
· Someone with a good eye for detail, who's organised and reliable.
· A team player with a positive attitude.
