The Quality and Market Management Team oversee the contracting of and quality of service delivery with independent sector adult social care providers to support the social care market where people can live, independently in their communities.
You will need to have a good understand contract management and an overview of the contract management cycle.
The role of the Quality and Contracts Officer will be to work with a portfolio of providers to deliver independent social care contracts whilst working in collaboration with health and social care partners, and people with lived experiences.
Due to the very nature of our contracts, you will need to work and shape contracts aligned to the County Councils vision and ambitions around helping our people to live healthier and more independent lives.
