To be considered for this role, you will be an experiencedTransport Manager or Shift Manager with a strong focus on customer service. You must have previous experience in a high-volume transport and warehouse environment.
Transport Team Manager - What You'll Do:
1. Oversee and deliver all scheduled transport activity, ensuring on-time performance and service levels are met
2. Lead daily driver briefings and debriefings (employed, subcontractors, and agency)
3. Monitor and improve driver performance using operational data and reporting tools
4. Track and respond to national and local KPIs, implementing corrective action where needed
5. Ensure legal compliance with all transport operations and uphold Operating Licence standards
