Our main Studio location is the XYZ Building in Manchester City Centre, UK.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll play a key role in shaping the player experience from the ground up—designing and delivering the mathematical frameworks that define how our games behave.
6. Contribute to early-stage game concepts and mechanics
7. Develop mathematical models using simulation software and spreadsheets
8. Design and analyse RTP, volatility, and payout structures
9. Collaborate with developers and designers to bring ideas to life
10. Maintain insight into EMEA gaming markets and regulatory expectations
What You'll Bring
11. Experience building mathematical models (ideally within gaming/slots)
12. Strong programming skills (C++ preferred; C# or similar considered)
13. Confidence in spreadsheet-based modelling
14. Passion for gaming and player-focused design
15. At least 1 year’s experience working on slot mathematics
Qualifications
16. Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline
Desirable:
17. Proven experience designing within the casino/gambling industry
18. Creative thinking with strong technical design instincts
19. A track record of delivering successful game mechanics
