One of the largest and most long-standing law firms in the Thames Valley area, are currently recruiting a Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join their team.
They have a large regional presence and have progressed and transformed to retain its personality and values.
About this Conveyancing Solicitor vacancy:
Due to natural expansion, our client is seeking a dedicated professional to join a team consisting of 4 partners, Associate Solicitors, Legal Executives and paralegals who work across their different offices all within a reasonable distance of each other.
The successful candidates will ideally have a minimum of 3 years PQE. You will have experience in independently running a mixed caseload of residential matters and be proactive in generating new work from existing clients and seeking new opportunities.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a focus on providing outstanding service to their clients, will be confident with IT, and will be capable of working under their own initiative.
Conveyancing Solicitor experience to include:
Sales and purchases
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
Freehold and leasehold matters
Auctions
Lease extensions
New Builds
The Candidate:
3 years + PQE within the area of Residential Conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
Works well under pressure
Excellent client care skills
Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
IT literate
