Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Fleet Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various software applications and excellent communication skills to manage both clerical tasks and client interactions effectively.
Responsibilities
* Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Manage and maintain office files, ensuring all documents are properly organised and easily accessible.
* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
* Provide clerical support by preparing correspondence, reports, and other necessary documentation.
* Maintain an organised workspace to promote efficiency within the office environment.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a fleet administrative role or similar position is preferred with-in commercial .
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with colleagues and clients professionally.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
