Qualified Social Worker, Hospital Discharge and Assessment Team
Pay rate to £28.22 per hour
Contract role
We are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Post Assessment Discharge team in Halifax. An experienced social worker is needed for hospital discharge team and post assessment discharge team, covering Calderdale Royal Hospital and Huddersfield Royal Infirmary. Community work will be needed, covering Calderdale and surrounding areas.
This is a contract role, and you will need to have experience in a similar Local Authority role.
