Overview
Tesco Travel Money Advisor – Travel Service Partner, Tesco Uttoxeter – Part Time. Job Type: Permanent, Part Time. Hours per week: 16.
Working patterns: This role is suitable for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday and Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

Responsibilities
* Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements and tailor their experience based on destination.
* Establish yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
* Engage with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Deliver on key performance goals—procedural, operational and customer-focused.
* Utilise attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
* Adhere to best practice legal and regulatory standards and Travelexpliance procedures.
What you’ll need
* Numerically proficient — comfortable handling cash and currency regularly.
* IT proficient — comfortable with computers and in-house till systems; training provided on our systems.
* Great communicator — able to talk with people, build relationships, and listen effectively.
* Desire to succeed — driven to make a difference and provide positive customer experiences.
What the interview process looks like
1. Our Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers review your application and contact you if your experience fits, followed by an initial screening call.
2. You’ll be invited to an online interview to learn more about Travelex and the role; a numerical and accuracy test may be required.
3. If successful, you’ll visit the bureau to meet the Bureau Manager and see the working environment; they will explain day-to-day responsibilities.
4. If the visit goes well, you’ll be offered a position. If not, you will receive detailed feedback as part of the candidate experience.
