Job Description:
Our client is a UK market leader within the commercial catering sector.
Due to exciting growth, they are looking for a National Account Manager to spearhead growth within their hotel sector specialism.
£50-55k base salary with quarterly commission, aiming for a £70k Year 1 total + car/car allowance.
They offer a great mentorship, a collaborative culture, a driven team of BDMs and KAMs, along with strong sales support and marketing.
This role focuses 60-70% on driving revenue with nationwide hotel chains, requiring experience working both on-site and at Head Office level.
The role aims to increase spend within key clients, requiring a proven track record of maximising hotel spend, becoming a main supplier, and securing mutually beneficial relationships.
It is a fast-paced role requiring strong commercial acumen, creativity, and an analytical approach to sales strategies and learnings.
Travel nationwide from London and the South, with some key sites in the North and occasional trips to Scotland.
Strong organisational skills, diary management, and the ability to represent a client at the quality/premium end of the market are essential.
Familiarity with contract management, negotiation, and pricing documentation is required.
Quarterly engagement events, interaction with BDMs and KAMs, and participation in a great team environment are part of the role.
