3. Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of technical teams.
4. Manage and maintain accurate records and databases related to energy & natural resources projects.
5. Respond to technical queries and escalate issues as required.
6. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
7. Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring proper communication between teams.
8. Support the implementation of new systems and processes within the department.
9. Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies related to technical operations.
10. Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the department through proactive support.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Technical Support Administrator should have:
11. A strong background in administrative or technical support roles.
12. Proficiency in using office software and database management tools.
13. An understanding of the energy & natural resources industry is advantageous.
