The Role
As the Audit Resourcing Senior Manager KPE, your key accountabilities are as follows:
* Ensuring engagements are staffed and utilisation is optimised, driving fair work allocation and maintaining quality.
* Operating a clear escalation and resolution process understood by Audit and leadership.
* Delivering a forward planning process for Resourcing as agreed with Audit leadership.
* Operating the SOQM process for assignments in Audit with proper checks and documentation.
* Ensuring cost-effective service through blended onshore/offshore workforce and technology.
* Collaborating with other KBS teams (e.g., Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition) for demand fulfillment.
* Providing accurate data with metrics for performance analysis and comparison.
* Enhancing Customer Satisfaction by ensuring Talent Deployment Team meets operational needs and provides a positive colleague experience.
Performance Management
* Managing Resource Managers and being accountable for team performance and recruitment.
* Focusing on service delivery outcomes, metrics, workload management, and fostering an inclusive culture.
* Leveraging MI team for reporting purposes.
What you will bring to the role:
Skills and experience required:
* Strong understanding of Talent Deployment and operations in Audit or similar industry.
* Resilient, adaptable to change, and experienced in operational delivery.
* Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and manage stakeholder relationships.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of coaching and performance management.
* Ability to handle large volumes, lead in high-performance environments, and adapt to changing priorities.
* Problem-solving skills for strategic influence and outcomes.
* Discretion and ethical behavior in handling confidential information.
* Resourcefulness and networking skills within audit and wider firm.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, with experience in data analysis for stakeholders.
Desirable:
* Experience in driving operational efficiencies, process improvements, or related methodologies.
