As a growing and creative business, we are seeking an experienced individual to manage the flow of East End Press products. From production right through to warehouse shelves, we need a vital link to connect all points of the supply chain. This is a numbers-led, detail-oriented role that keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll make sure the right stock arrives at the right time to the correct location, in the right quantities. The ideal applicant will be calm, analytical, and organised, bringing order to all the moving parts involved in shipping and delivery, and managing the very specific challenges of entirely handmade production.
The role covers:
* Managing stock accuracy across both UK and US warehouses

* Managing purchase orders and supplier timelines
* Overseeing logistics and incoming deliveries
* Producing clear, accurate sales and stock reports
Key Responsibilities

* Forecast quantities for upcoming seasons, ensuring supply keeps pace with demand
* Keep inventory systems up to date so counts are always accurate and reliable
* Manage multiple shipments from multiple suppliers at various stages of production; from individual samples right through to full container loads
* Liaise with warehouse teams in both UK and US to ensure smooth receiving of all deliveries
Ordering & Supplier Coordination
* Raise and monitor purchase orders with suppliers
* Track production progress and shipping timelines to avoid delays
* Check packing lists, pro forma invoices and delivery notes against orders for accuracy
* Work with warehouse teams to flag and resolve issues such as damaged, missing or incorrect stock
* Identify recurring problems (e.g. repeated late shipments) and work with the wider team to resolve them
Logistics & Deliveries
* Oversee stock movement before it reaches the warehouse, liaising with our shipping teams and agents
* Coordinate delivery schedules and shipping with suppliers and warehouse teams
* Organise supplier payments and invoices to keep production and shipping on track
Stock Accuracy & Quality Control
* Schedule regular stock counts with warehouse teams
* Arrange quality control audits of incoming deliveries
* Maintain accurate, accessible records of orders, deliveries and payments
Reporting & Analysis
* Compile monthly sales and stock reports to highlight trends and performance
* Use past sales data to inform decisions on reordering, product flow and supplier reliability
Skills & Attributes
* Strong numerical accuracy and confidence with spreadsheets
* Analytical, organised, and methodical in approach
* Clear and confident communicator — both internally and with suppliers
* Calm under pressure and proactive in solving problems
* Comfortable working to timelines, budgets and agreed procedures
* Strong at establishing and working with systems that run smoothly and efficiently
* Keen eye for details, spotting errors and mistypes to ensure accuracy
* Well prepared and organised, allowing product flow to be managed well in advance
