Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the business development manager to grow pub sales
* Lead by example, ensuring the brand is experienced by all customers and staff
* Recruit, develop and manage a high‑performing team to deliver superb customer service
* Maintain brand standards and uphold safety for customers and employees
* Hold or obtain a personal license, subject to role requirements
Qualifications
* Attention to detail and high operational standards in a pub setting
* Strong people and communication skills with a focus on leadership
* Business‑savvy mindset and understanding of P&L control
* Commitment to community values and care for the local environment
* Previous General Manager experience or equivalent in hospitality, retail or fast‑paced environments
