This role focuses on service, fault-finding and repairs, ensuring security systems remain fully operational and maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Service and maintain intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems Carry out fault diagnosis and repairs across multiple client sites Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Respond to reactive service calls and resolve system issues efficiently Complete accurate service reports and documentation Maintain strong customer relationships within high-end client environments
