Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities:

Manage behaviour in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
Supervise the completion of work set by their subject teacher
Be a positive influence and develop a good rapport with students
Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and health a safety of students in the classroom

The ideal candidate

Previous experience working in a school setting or with children in and educational capacity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well organised with good attention to detail
Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour.Benefits
