Following an internal promotion we’re looking for a Customer Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of the customer forecast, working closely with Commercial teams, customers, Supply Planners and our 3PL to drive excellent customer service, accurate forecasting, and waste reduction. You’ll be a key supply chain point of contact for customers, supporting service improvements, NPD/delist planning, IBP and seasonal events, while turning data into actionable insight.
Qualifications
* FMCG supply chain and demand planning experience
* Strong analytical skills
* Confidence to influence across teams and with customers
