As an advocate for our residents, you will play a crucial role in planning daily activities, creating tailored care plans, and ensuring individualised needs and choices are met. Key responsibilities of the role include:
1. Medication administration and care planning
2. Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to our residents
3. Ensuring principles of safeguarding are maintained
4. Taking responsibility for shifts as Nurse in Charge
5. Team management and shift planning
6. Infection prevention and control
7. Liaising with GPs and Multi-Disciplinary Teams
8. Upholding clinical governance standards
About you
Being one of our Registered Nurses means demonstrating compassion, dedication, and commitment towards enhancing the quality of life for others. Essential requirements:
* A Nursing qualification recognized by the UK NMC
* A valid UK NMC PIN and registration to practice as a Registered General Nurse (RGN), Learning & Disability Nurse (RNLD), or Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
* Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting residents with mobility
Additional skills:
