Role Overview
You are the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You genuinely attend to our customers' needs and will have the opportunity to learn about our products to assist them effectively.
Role Responsibilities
* Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
* Provide exceptional service, utilizing your knowledge to help customers find the best products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
* Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
* Maintain general housekeeping and tidiness of the shop floor and back of house.
* Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
* Support floor moves, sale setups, and product launches.
* Adhere to all FatFace policies and procedures.
* Ensure GDPR compliance at all times.

Experience
* Experience in customer service is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Positive attitude with a can-do approach.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Confidence to take initiative and work independently when needed.
* Team player with good time management skills.
