HGV Class 1 Drivers
to join our busy and expanding team at our Wigan Distribution Centre.
Reporting directly to the T
ransport Shift Manager / Team Manager,
this is your chance to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your contributions truly matter. We're seeking drivers who are committed to excellence.
Great Rate and Opportunities
Rotating 6-week rolling shift pattern
Minimum 40 hours per week (with a paid 45-minute break daily)
Minimum Annual Salary from £35,000
Weekend Premium: £2.20 per hour
Night Hours Premium: £1.00 per hour
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x your basic hourly rate
Infringements Bonus: Extra £0.60 per hour after 3 months for zero tachograph infringements and zero at-fault road traffic incidents (paid weekly)

Essentials And Requirements
* Hold a valid Class 1 licence and CPC card.
* Always ensure full legal compliance, including carrying all three driver cards and adhering to Drivers' Hours and WTD regulations.
* complete pre- and post-operation vehicle checks, report defects immediately, and maintain accurate, up-to-date tachograph records.
* Carry out store deliveries professionally, ensuring correct paperwork and prompt reporting of incidents to the traffic desk.
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness, follow all site rules, and always prioritise road safety.
