HGV Class 1 entitlement:
* Minimum 6 months
* CPC and Digi Tachograph
* No more than 6 penalty points
* No IN/DR/DD conviction codes

PAYE:
* Saturdays £18
* Sundays £19
PAYEInclusive of HOLIDAY PAY:
* Saturdays £20.17
* Sundays £21.29
UMBRELLA:
* Saturdays £22.50
* Sundays £23.50
