Administrative Officer
A key role in a fast-paced office environment awaits the successful candidate. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records through effective filing systems and computerised information management.
* Maintaining general filing systems, including physical and digital archives;
* Operating computerised information systems to ensure efficient data processing and retrieval;
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also assist with the distribution of mail and correspondence, respond to phone calls and emails, and perform various administrative tasks such as typing minutes of meetings, ordering stationery and photocopying duties.
