Location: Hybrid, London-based (2 days/week onsite)

What will you be doing?
* Leading a high-performing team of Technical Sales Engineers
* Overseeing large-scale global deals
* Developing sales strategy to engage top-tier shipowners and managers
* Owning the commercial proposal lifecycle and key client relationships
* Supporting a 12-month deal cycle with complex marine clients
Are you the ideal candidate?
* 5–10 years’ sales experience in maritime or marine technology
* Strong management/leadership skills
* A maritime technical background/education (marine/naval/electrical)
* Commercially astute with a proven track record in high-value B2B sales
* Confident communicator capable of influencing global stakeholders
* Bonus if you have maritime sustainable tech knowledge
