Drylining Manager - New Build Residential - Start ASAP
New 12 month contract with an immediate start for a Site Manager to manage drylining packages from 1st fix through to handover. This will be working on a new build residential scheme which has an intense program so applicants must have worked on similar projects so they're able to hit the ground running.

Oversee all on-site operations from 1st fix through to handover for all drylining packages
Manage and coordinate all site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Enforce strict health and safety procedures on site, ensuring compliance / paperwork etc.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control.
Manage site logistics, including plant and material deliveries, waste management, and site security.
Liaise effectively with the client, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate site records and documentation, including daily diaries, progress reports, and incident logs. Requirements:
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
Plasterer/Drylining trade background
Minimum 5 years experience
Able to interview/start asap
