You’ll be the face of the development — guiding customers through the buying journey, showcasing show homes, and building strong relationships with buyers, solicitors, and agents. This is a role for someone who loves people, thrives in a sales environment, and takes pride in creating a smooth, memorable buying experience.
Key Responsibilities

Customer engagement — Welcome prospective buyers, understand their needs, and guide them through available plots and options.

Sales progression — Manage the full sales pipeline from enquiry to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.

Show home presentation — Maintain immaculate show homes and marketing suites to create an inspiring first impression.

Market awareness — Stay informed about local competitors, pricing, and buyer trends.

Weekend availability — Work weekends as part of the rota, when footfall and enquiries are highest.
