Keeping our warehouse, located in North Acton, organised and stocked, and working to ensure that our fresh pasta reaches our customers (including our cloud kitchens) in the best possible conditions.
Working hours are from 4:00 AM to 8:00 PM on a rotating shift basis.
Different shifts within these hours (not from opening to closing).
What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists:
* Wear your correct PPE before entering the warehouse area.
* Ensuring you record the good ins when you receive goods.
* Checking batch code, use by and quality of receiving products from supplier.
* Storing and rotating stock according to established procedures.
* Picking components for our Cloud Kitchens and Restaurants and recording goods out and following up with schedule.
* Working in a high phase food production operation.
* Stock count. End of day inventory, reporting any damage or missing goods to the supervisor.
* Moving products around the warehouse using pump trucks.
* Loading and unloading goods from the lorries.
* Follow the Health & Safety and Food Safety Procedures at all times.
Who you are:
* You can work concentrating, paying attention to detail to notice errors when you receive goods or pick them for a delivery.
* You love working in a team and always try to maintain good relationships with other colleagues.
* You are able to lift and move heavy boxes and feel comfortable bending and twisting, kneeling and crouching.
* You have a forklift licence (preferable).
* You know the essentials of safety and quality standards and procedures.
* You can work with minimal supervision and manage your own workload.
* You don’t turn a blind eye to issues, but instead you jump on them and have a strong desire to solve them.
* A strong believer of CI, always looking to improve the way we work

Building on this success, we are now disrupting Britain’s pizza-centric Italian dining scene by launching our very own Pasta Evangelists restaurants, as well as our high-end Harrods Pasta Bar and our store at Manchester Airport. These are not just Italian eateries — they are vibrant destinations where guests can experience the extraordinary diversity of pasta, alongside exceptional service, bold creativity, and a true passion for great food. Guests can enjoy a delicious meal and take part in our popular pasta-making classes at our restaurants in Chiswick, Richmond, Greenwich, Farringdon, Guildford, New Oxford Street and Queensway.
At the same time, we continue to expand our fresh pasta takeaway concept, available on and through major delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat. With more than 40 kitchens now operating across the UK, including in Scotland and Wales, we are growing our footprint rapidly and bringing fresh pasta to more customers every day.
Our state-of-the-art Pastificio in Acton, West London — the largest in the UK — enables us to produce a wide range of artisanal pasta and sauces, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in this beloved category.
Looking ahead, our key focus is on opening more restaurants and creating unique spaces that celebrate pasta in all its shapes, offering something far beyond the traditional Italian experience.
