Head of Software/Marketing for Home Counties @ITG
Position: Full-Stack Developer
Location: Bedford (On-site)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE) + Performance Bonus

Overview:
A forward-thinking organisation in the digital services sector is launching two major initiatives and seeking a Full-Stack Developer to lead their technical buildout. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across front-end and back-end development, with a passion for performance, scalability, and clean architecture.
Responsibilities:
* Architect and develop full-stack solutions from concept to deployment
* Implement modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
* Build and maintain back-end systems (Node.js, Python, etc.)
* Integrate with SQL/NoSQL databases and APIs (REST/GraphQL)
* Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or equivalent)
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Collaborate directly with leadership to align technology with business goals
Requirements:
* 3–5+ years of full-stack development experience
* Proficient with modern front-end and back-end technologies
* Strong understanding of security, performance, and UX best practices
* Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps tools
* Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
