We are looking for experienced Care Assistants in Oxford who are passionate about making a difference every day.
The role:
You will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in a variety of settings, ensuring dignity, respect, and independence are always maintained.
You should have:
Previous hands-on care experience.
Driving licence preferred – to reach clients across Oxford and surrounding areas.
Strong Moving & Handling skills, with practical experience using hoists, slide sheets, and other aids.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends if required.
A caring, patient, and professional approach.
