Our ASB Team plays a vital role in improving outcomes for residents, reducing nuisance, and ensuring safer communities for all. We are now seeking a highly motivated ASB Admin Assistant to join our dedicated Housing Estates and Communities Service. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced team focused on customer satisfaction, early intervention, and effective resolution of ASB and As an ASB Admin Assistant, you will provide essential support to ASB Officers and Assistant Team Managers. You will act as a first point of contact for residents reporting ASB, helping to gather information, assess initial risk, and support the delivery of a responsive and professional service. Your role will include: Managing a caseload of low-level ASB and noise nuisance reports. Supporting investigations through evidence gathering, preparing documentation, and arranging interviews. Providing administrative support, including case recording, scheduling, and performance reporting. Offering reassurance, advice, and signposting for complainants, victims, and witnesses. Participating in a duty rota to handle initial reports of ASB. Assisting with prevention-focused activities and continuous improvement of the service. We are looking for someone who is organised, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. You should be confident communicating with a wide range of people, including vulnerable residents, partner agencies, and colleagues. Essential Experience & Skills: ✔ Experience in a customer service environment ✔ Strong teamwork skills but able to work independently ✔ Ability to plan and prioritise workload in a busy environment ✔ Accuracy and attention to detail, even during peak periods ✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Competent IT skills and ability to use office systems ✔ Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures Qualifications: Five GCSEs (C/4 or above) including English, Maths, and ICT Willingness to undertake ongoing personal development This post requires a DBS check.
