We are now looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift). The Role As a Warehouse Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our warehouse operations. Specifically, you will safely handle products throughout all inbound and outbound processes in accordance with company procedures, ensuring goods are managed correctly to minimise damage. Alongside this, you will ensure that stock movements, customer bookings, and transport arrangements are all accurately recorded and processed. Additionally, you will: - Carry out general admin duties such as data entry, filing, and system updates - Support the warehouse by carrying out reasonable requests as needed - Report any concerns, issues, or instruction variances to your line manager promptly - Follow all health and safety procedures, including PPE, and escalate concerns as needed - Complete equipment checks as required and report defects to your line manager About You To be considered as a Warehouse Administrator, you will need: - Proven experience in an administrative or warehouse support role - Proven customer service experience - Strong organisational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint The closing date for this role is 4th July 2025.
