You must work collaboratively with inclusion coordinators and senior leaders to identify and remove barriers to a student’s progress or development. There is also an expectation to communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding students’ referrals and progress. You will be supported by senior leaders and other pastoral staff to manage the provision and provide appropriate, personalised support for individual students and groups.
