Minerva Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established, Ofsted-registered childrens residential service in Hatfield, AL10. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced and passionate individual to step into a Registered Manager role within a high-quality, nurturing care setting.
As the Registered Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in a therapeutic residential home for children and young people aged 818 with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Your leadership will ensure that the service meets regulatory standards and delivers the best possible outcomes for every young person.
?? Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the home operates in line with all relevant legislation, including the Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
2. Lead and manage a team to deliver high standards of care and achieve positive outcomes for children and young people
3. Oversee placement plans, risk assessments, and all safeguarding practices
4. Provide effective leadership, coaching, supervision, and performance management of staff
5. Manage the home's budget, rota, and compliance with organisational policies and procedures
