Role Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and dependable individual to support the daily operations of a busy and fast-paced office. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining efficient administrative systems and ensuring seamless communication across the business. Key Responsibilities: Logging and maintaining accurate records of jobs, ensuring all data is up to date on relevant portals. Answering and directing phone calls and emails in a professional manner. Creating and distributing purchase orders. Preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets as required. Providing general administrative and clerical support to the wider team. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, use initiative, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
