About the Role
You’ll work alongside experienced teachers, supporting students across a range of subjects including English, Maths, Science, and more. You’ll be providing tailored academic support, boosting confidence, and helping students build the skills they need to thrive in the classroom and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
* Delivering one-to-one and small-group support for students who need extra help
* Assisting with classroom activities and reinforcing key subject content
* Supporting the development of independent study skills and learning strategies
* Helping create an inclusive, encouraging learning environment
* Collaborating with teachers to adapt materials and plan interventions
* Motivating and mentoring students to build confidence and raise aspirations

What We're Looking For
You don’t need to be a qualified teacher—just someone with a positive mindset and the drive to support others. We’re especially keen to hear from recent graduates in:
* Education
* English, Maths, or Science
* Psychology, Social Sciences, or Humanities
You should also bring:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient, empathetic approach to support
* A genuine interest in education and pupil development
* A flexible, team-oriented attitude
Previous experience in schools or youth work is a bonus, but not essential—we’ll support you with the guidance you need to succeed.
