Children and Young Adults Support Workers Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Locations: Across the West Midlands – Wolverhampton, Walsall, Coventry Service Type: Residential Services (Ages 5–18) Hours: Days and Waking Nights Available About the Role We are recruiting dedicated Children and Young Adult Support Workers to join our team across 10 residential services. Each home supports young people aged 5–18 with learning difficulties, complex needs, and challenging behaviours. Homes vary between 4–12 beds (most with 6 beds), providing a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment. In this role, you will support children and young people with daily living, emotional regulation, communication, behaviour management, and personal development. You will work within a therapeutic framework and contribute to creating a stable and positive environment.
