DB Pensions Admin Platform Product Owner

Key Responsibilities
1. Gather user needs and translate into requirements
2. Collaborate with admin, IT, and change teams
3. Support release planning and prioritisation
4. Manage product backlog and delivery timelines
5. Oversee UAT issues and produce release notes
6. Deliver training, demos, and user support
7. Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
8. Stay up to date with regulatory changes
Skills & Experience
9. Experience as a Product Owner, Business/Product Analyst, or pensions specialist
10. Strong knowledge of pensions (DB preferred)
11. Understanding of software development lifecycle
12. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
13. Experience delivering projects and managing stakeholders
14. Professional certifications (PMI, QPA, RPC, Agile) desirable
