Job Role: Global Enterprise Account Director
Location: London, UK - Hybrid (3 days in office)

The Role
As a Global Enterprise Account Director at EZRA, you will report to the SVP, EMEA Sales within the Global Enterprise Accounts team and focus on developing our most strategic customer relationships to unlock value for clients and generate incremental revenue opportunities during the adoption of coaching across their enterprises.
What You’ll Do
* Lead growth for a dedicated portfolio of key accounts defined as global or enterprise
* Set strategy for each account and implement it while collaborating with Marketing, Enterprise, Customer Success, Impact Labs and Sales leadership
* Own the delivery of deals across the key-swing portfolio
* Develop deep partnership with client stakeholders to understand their business and uncover additional revenue opportunities across the portfolio
* Add new global accounts as they are identified for growth potential
* Collaborate with Adecco Group partners worldwide and across different brands to unlock growth opportunities
* Serve as the brand spokesperson for EZRA, delivering presentations and leading events with enterprise clients
About you
* 5+ years of experience driving revenue growth in an enterprise or global account leadership role
* 10+ years of business development experience with a proven track record of success
* Relevant experience in HR consulting, leadership or L&D space
* Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
* Demonstrated skill in networking, partnering and communicating with senior-level stakeholders internally and externally
* Ability to develop strategic account plans to increase revenue
