What you’ll be doing
as a Water Network Risk Analyst
1. Building and drafting risk assessment strategies to resolve operational challenges across the Clean Water System.
2. Ensuring all planned leakage, maintenance, and capital works are assessed and carried out safely and responsibly.
3. Using data from corporate systems to assess complex problems and develop practical, risk-based solutions.
4. Completing system risk assessments on time to support operational delivery.
5. Developing plans that minimise customer supply interruptions and support regulatory targets.
6. Supporting Water Quality compliance at all times and providing specialist advice on clean water system risks.
Base location: Kemble Court – hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the office
Working hours: 36 hours per week, 8 am to 4pm or 9am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
What you should bring to the role
7. Experience within the water industry or education in a relevant STEM discipline would be an advantage.
8. An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
9. An interest in systems, data, and operational risk within a regulated environment
10. Exposure to tools such as hydraulic modelling, SCADA, GIS, SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Office 365 is helpful but not essential as full training will be provided

11. This role will be paid up to £35,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
