The Role
Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Generalist HR Advisor to work from our Head Office based in Westhoughton, Bolton. The role offers the chance to work across the full employee lifecycle, supporting a family-owned company who excel in delivering specialist care and support.
The successful candidate would be responsible for:
* Leading the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Providing expert advice and support to management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Developing, updating and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
* Supporting management in performance management processes.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
* Ensuring all staff are appropriately vetted and trained to protect vulnerable individuals.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate should have:
· Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally standalone.
· Experience within the care sector would be advantageous but not essential.
· CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards.
· Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.

Hours Of Work:
37.5 per week, Monday to Friday. Part time hours will be considered.
Salary:
£30 to £35k dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications.
