Role:
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join us as Team Leader in our newly opened, custom-built home in Granton,supporting up to five young people aged 15–21. As part of our commitment to #KeepThePromise, you’ll help createa safe and nurturing environment where young people are empowered to grow, heal and learn as they move towardsadulthood.
You’ll lead a dedicated residential house team working in close partnership with our young people, supportingtheir:
* Emotional and physical wellbeing

As Team Leader you’ll also work closely with families, social work, health services and other colleagues to keep thestrengths, aspirations and voice of the young person at the heart of all we do while ensuring their safety andwelfare is always maintained.
You will lead the day-to-day operations of the house, you are expected to lead, support and supervise a staff team tocreate a home - full of nurture and care for young people and maintained and resourced to meet the needs ofyoung people and your staff.

Our team work closely with mums and their babies to provide the advice and guidance they may need to build theirattachment and bond with their child, to support their own individual health, wellbeing and independent livingskills and ensuring that their babies own growth and developmental needs are being met. We work together withfamilies, social work, health and other colleagues to ensure the strengths and voices of mums and babies are atthe heart of all we do while the safety and welfare of the child is always maintained. We work closely withcolleagues across the Trust to ensure we are taking a family and community-based approach to work and to createpositive onward transitions for mothers and babies.
To support this, our residential role involves a shift pattern over a four-week rota, that requires weekend working,lone working and sleep-ins. Key Responsibilities:
* High-level Financial Oversight: Review financial reports and monitor the organisation’s financialstability

* Annual Statutory Accounts: Assist in the preparation, review and approval of the annualstatutory accounts
