As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join their leadership team. You’ll lead from the front — supporting your team, driving quality and compliance, and ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care. What we’re looking for: Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with active NMC registration Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager Strong background in complex care, neurological or mental health services In-depth understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance Confident leader with experience managing teams within a nursing home setting Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills Bonus if you also bring: Experience with systems such as Radar, Nourish, or Camascope A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing teams A values-led approach, promoting a positive and supportive culture
