A growing international organisation is looking to appoint a standalone Regional Finance Manager to lead financial operations across a diverse regional portfolio. This is a broad and commercially focused role offering exposure to management reporting, budgeting, cash flow, payroll oversight, and operational finance support within a multi-country environment.
Partnering closely with regional leadership and the wider finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring robust financial management, reporting accuracy, and continuous process improvement across the region.
Regional Finance Manager Key Responsibilities
1. Lead monthly financial and management reporting
2. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes
3. Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and banking activities
4. Ensure compliance with local financial and statutory requirements
5. Support and guide operational teams on finance matters
6. Drive finance process and systems improvements across the region
About You
7. Experience within a broad finance or regional finance role
8. Strong financial and management accounting capability
9. Confident working with stakeholders across multiple locations
10. Hands-on, proactive, and commercially aware
11. ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified in accountancy or industry
