Your new role
You'll be supporting the wider client engagement and property management team with the below:
1. Provide administrative support to the property team
2. Register new clients and assist the property team by directing them accordingly
3. Prepare property brochures and coordinate marketing activity
4. Manage diaries and liaise with clients
5. Maintain accurate client records and internal systems
6. Support invoicing, payments and debt management
7. Handlepliance processes
8. Keep office displays and systems up to date
9. Undertake ad hoc administrative duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
10. Experience in an administrative role required, property experience is a bonus.
11. Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
12. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills
13. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
14. High attention to detail and accuracy
15. Professional and approachable customer service skills
16. Reliable, flexible and proactive approach
