If yes, we would love to hear from you! The Harmony Trust has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and successful practitioner to join our Inclusion Team. The successful candidate will fulfill the responsibilities of the SEND Specialist Teaching Assistant Role with specialism in working with pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs, many of whom have a diagnosis of Autism. The role will be focused particularly with pupils who are at the earliest stages of their language development. Under the supervision of teachers and leaders, you will lead a room within an Inclusion Hub, within a team of experienced staff, providing excellent learning opportunities to pupils with SEND. You will support staff to develop under your expert guidance. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a highly inclusive team that are developing specialist provision in a mainstream setting. The postholder will initially be deployed to the Inclusion Hub at Village Primary Academy. There may be opportunities to work across our Derby academies as part of the Harmony Trust Development Team.
