What you'll be doing
A fantastic opportunity arises for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our IT Finance team - IT Platform, which will primarily focus within this area (Healthcare, Digital, Retail and Supply Chain, Business Services and No. 7 IT). In this role, you'll play a key part in driving effective business partnering while delivering insightful analysis and high‑quality reporting to senior leadership. Your work will help shape strategic decisions across a fast‑moving technology landscape with ambitious plans.
Key responsibilities
· Lead month‑end planning, reporting and variance analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial results
· Develop a strong understanding of the IT cost base, providing insight, data and commentary to support wider FP&A reporting
· Manage the offshore Genpact Finance Team, ensuring high‑quality output and effective collaboration
· Support business partnering activities, including month‑end processes, budgeting and forecasting
· Assist with the management of direct and indirect recharges across the wider business
· Work with the Finance Business Partner on SG&A project initiatives as required
· Maintain data integrity across SAP and Planning Analytics, and contribute to future finance system enhancements
· Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency
· Collaborate with Finance, Business and Group teams to deliver a consolidated view of performance
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
1. Recently qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
2. Demonstrated experience in management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
3. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; prior experience with SAP is advantageous
