L3 Early Years Practitioner – L37
Are you the kind of Early Years professional who can turn a cardboard box into a pirate ship, a muddy puddle into a science experiment, and every day into an adventure?
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming primary school in the L37 area.
Start Dates Available: ASAP and September 2026
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pm
Pay: £500– £550 per week (dependent on experience and qualifications)
The Role:
* Supporting children within the Early Years setting to learn, develop, and thrive.
* Delivering engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Encouraging curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.
* Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* Supporting observations, assessments, and children's learning journeys.
We're Looking For:
* A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
* Previous experience working within an Early Years setting.
* A nurturing, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
