At Endeavour Group, we provide professional Fire Safety, Facilities Management and Compliance solutions across the student accommodation and private residential sectors. Our team works with a diverse property portfolio, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and well-managed. We are expanding our support services and seeking a proactive Facilities Administrator to join us.
The Role
This is a varied role working within our Facilities & Compliance team. You will provide administrative support to ensure effective management of compliance activities across our portfolio. The role is initially offered as a temporary position with the opportunity to progress to permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Support compliance monitoring for student accommodation and private residential properties.
* Maintain accurate records of statutory inspections (e.g. fire, gas, electrical, water safety).
* Liaise with contractors, property managers, and internal teams to arrange works.
* Assist with producing compliance reports and action tracking.
* Provide general administrative support to the Facilities & Compliance team.

Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
Desirable
* Experience within facilities management, property, or compliance sectors.
* Knowledge of fire safety, building safety, or statutory compliance requirements.
