Finance Systems Administrator Location: Peterborough Department: Group Finance We’re looking for a Finance Systems Administrator to join our Group Finance team and play a key role in managing and supporting our core finance systems. What you’ll do Take ownership of the day-to-day management, support, and maintenance of our finance systems. Act as first-line support for users, resolving queries and escalating when needed. Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance across platforms. Manage user access, roles, and permissions. Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver upgrades and enhancements. Support system integrations and data flows between tools. Assist with testing, documenting processes, and creating user guides. Contribute to finance transformation and automation initiatives. What we’re looking for Strong understanding of finance operations and workflows. Proficiency in Excel. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to juggle multiple systems and priorities. Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements. Proactive, adaptable, and ready for change. Desirable skills: Familiarity with BI/reporting tools.
