Why Earlsferry House?
Earlsferry House is a beautiful two‑storey manor home overlooking the Firth of Forth, providing high‑quality nursing care for up to 26 residents. With its coastal charm, strong reputation, and deeply committed team, this is a unique opportunity for an experienced, values‑driven Home Manager to lead a home full of potential. The team is loyal, experienced, and exceptionally committed, with zero clinical vacancies and a culture built on trust, teamwork and continuity.
Earlsferry House enjoys a stunning coastal setting in the picturesque village of Elie, well‑regarded by residents, families and the wider community. While the home is stable and well‑loved, there is real opportunity for growth: with CI grades currently at Grade 3, we are looking for a manager who can lead a confident quality improvement journey and enhance the home’s already strong foundations.

* Maintaining strong occupancy and supporting commercial growth (average fee £1,600/week).
* Ensuring Earlsferry House continues to feel like a true “home from home”.
