Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Reach Forklift Operative to join a busy our client in Polegate. In this role, you will be a key part of the stock movement process, ensuring that goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. You'll be working with high racking, fast-moving inventory, and a team that values precision and teamwork. You will also be responsible for supporting the smooth flow of goods throughout the facility. This position requires someone who enjoys a varied workload, can stay focused in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Operating Reach Forklifts safely and confidently Loading and unloading vehicles and containers Supporting waste-processing machinery and production lines where required Transporting materials to the correct storage or processing areas Assisting with yard and warehouse housekeeping Completing daily FLT checks and reporting defects Following strict health & safety, environmental, and site compliance procedures (Please be aware your role may not be limited to these tasks) Requirements: Right to work in the UK.
